Serial Disruptors Conducts Online Teachers Onboarding for Davao Central College

From September 2 to 3, 2026, Serial Disruptors conducted online Teachers Onboarding sessions for Davao Central College, engaging both Elementary and Junior High School educators. The sessions followed the Design Thinking Training and provided teachers with a shared understanding of the approaches and initiatives being introduced within their respective learning environments.

The onboarding sessions encouraged educators to explore how innovation and entrepreneurship can be applied more intentionally in the classroom. Through the discussions, teachers were encouraged to remain open to new approaches, ask better questions, and continuously improve the way students learn.

Serial Disruptors appreciates the active participation and openness of DCC's Elementary and Junior High School educators throughout the sessions. The engagement reflects the importance of empowering teachers as key contributors to building an innovation-driven learning environment and making innovation and entrepreneurship more practical and meaningful for students.
