Student work, ideas, and projects created during our programs remain the intellectual property of the student teams. Serial Disruptors may feature participant work in case studies and promotional materials with the participant's consent.

5. Competition Rules

DisruptorX participants agree that all submitted work is original and does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. Teams must comply with registration requirements, competition deadlines, and judging processes. Prize awards are final once announced by the judging panel. Serial Disruptors reserves the right to modify competition formats, dates, and prize structures with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serial Disruptors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
